EXCELLENT hotel, SOME minor issues

The staff was helpful and cute. My room was spacious and CLEAN. The kids bed was king size, A BIG bonus! Also the complimentary access to WildWady was a great perk. The location is VERY handy. The hotel connects to the metro. It is two stops from Burj (Dubai Mall) and ten mins from the airport.
The gym was fine BUT needs some newer equipment. Some of the machines seemed pretty old.

Fantastic Amenities with Easy Access

I found good service at the Executive Lounge. The team were very attentive. Sujata, Preksha, Maria helped a lot. Aza provided world class service. The hotel gave an excellent breakfast. It offered many different world cuisines. Everything tasted delicious. The pool was big. I saw comfortable loungers with pillows. The hotel staff were friendly. Ali and the front desk was so kind. I got first class experience. I thank him.
I had an issue with noise from the club. It was almost impossible to sleep. I do recommend avoiding the hotel on weekends.

I loved the direct connection to the museum of the future. It made visits really simple. the staff was quite helpful, especially in the club lounge. upgrading to the club room was definitely worth it. we enjoyed afternoon tea daily plus a lovely buffet with drinks in the evening.
the room lacked usb ports, a small issue but inconvenient considering how many devices we had. i had to request extra hangers too. that was a bit annoying.

The location was alright and the staff seemed eager to assist. I suppose that part met expectations.
The noise was unbearable. Music from a nearby club thumped until 3 AM. I was on a high floor, but it did not help. The concierge response time was awful and I found stains on the duvet.

the hotel accommodated my request for a high-floor room. the room was very spacious and clean. its location offered great access to the metro and the museum of the future which i found helpful.
i was not informed about the club lounge and pool refurbishment prior to my arrival. i discovered it only at check-in and this affected my initial experience.

the tunnel connected me directly to the museum of the future that was great. the building decoration felt balanced and refined it really stood out. my apartment felt elegant it also had bright and spacious features.
the service i got was a total let down this made me sad. before my arrival i told them i needed a baby crib a bottle warmer and a sterilizer they said it would be done and ready. when i arrived the crib and warmer came at 1 am the sterilizer was not available it was a rough start.
